Hida Beef Kaiseki for 2019 Winter (Dec to Feb)

[MENU]
①Aperitif (Chinese citron juice)
You will have it at the biginning of dinner.
②Tofu skin
③Appetizer
④Clear soup
⑤Assorted Sashimi
These are very fresh raw fish.
You will have them with soy sauce.

⑥Local nimono(simmered vegetables with soy sause and sugar)
⑦Grilled Spanish mackerel with saikyo miso
⑧Udon noodles
⑨Hida Beef Toban-yaki
Hida Beef is one of the famous food in Takayama.
You will grill them by yourself on the earthenware utensils.

⑩Rice, Miso Soup and Pickles
Pickles,which are vegetables preserved in vinegar or salt, go well with rice.
